Cucos Caberent Sauvignon Jumilla, Spain 2022 $11 - Violet color of high intensity. Fresh and attractive nuances on the nose. Aromas of wild fruits. In the mouth, great silkiness and elegance. Interesting Cabernet for its fruity character and the balance between all parts. 

Radicle Vine Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 Yakima Valley, Washington $14 - Dark and inky, black fruits, sweet oak and chewy tannins.

Lone Birch Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley 2023 $16 - The latest vintage of their Cabernet Sauvignon should be on your house wine list, as its sweet, ripe blackcap raspberry, seared steak and mint aromas are worth the asking price all by themselves. The wine's acidity is elevated, its tannins sturdy enough, with wild strawberry, boysenberry and bittersweet dark chocolate flavors coating the palate.

Chateau Roc Levrout Bordeaux Superior 2020 $16 - Aromas of violet, rose, truffle, earth, coffee, leather, currant, blackberry, and cherry. on the palate are intense flavors of currant, black cherry, plum, toasty oak, blackberry, cherry, spice, ginger and vanilla.
