The Flight 4 - 8pm $16: France

Altitudes 2020 Côtes du Roussillon $15 - This youthful wine is an un-oaked blend of three local grape varieties: 45% of old vines of Carignan (40–50 years) which brings spiciness and dry herb notes, 30% of Grenache which bring fruitiness and roundness, and 25% of Syrah fort the structure and purple color.

Domaine Chantepierre 2024 Côtes du Rhône Rouge $15 - Classic southern Rhone blend with dusty aromas of garrigue, red currant, raspberry, blackberry, plum, violets and white pepper. Medium weight to the palate, savory tannins, tasty red berry fruits and dry finish.

Angelique Leon Chinon 2022 $22 - 100% Cabernet Franc, average age of vines 30 years old, planted on sandy soil close to the Loire river. Red and blue fruits, forest floor and bright acid.

Pesquie Terrasses Rouge 2022 $21 - The Terrasses Rouge is a blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah made to express the supple fruit qualities of Ventoux. Deep ruby color with intense aromas of bright red berry fruits, pepper spice and dried herbs. On the palate, the wine displays lovely freshness with velvety round tannins and an added floral note.

Chateau Ducluzeau Listrac Medoc 2018 $17 - A red Bordeaux from the Listrac-Médoc appellation, known for its savory and fruity profile with notes of red cherries, black cherries, and spices. This Merlot-dominant blend (78% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Sauvignon and 11% Petit Verdot).

Bonus Wines

Roger & Didier Raimbault 2023 Sancerre Blanc $24 - The Sauvignon grape variety is responsible for giving White Sancerre its characteristic brightness, citrus aromas, and floral undertones. This wine has good length in the mouth and has good minerality because it was grown in a soil composed primarily of limestone and clay-limestone.

Domaine Pillot Mercurey 2022 $33 - The Pillots sell half their crop in bulk to the big Burgundy négociants which enables them to retain just the best wines. Matured in one to six year old barrels this is a lovely example of Mercurey with delicious, red fruits and spice on the nose, carefully extracted tannins and a beguiling, fresh aftertaste.

Chateau Gueyrosse Sainte Emilion Grand Cru 2015 $46 - The vineyard is planted to 85% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon. The average age of the vines is 40 years. Dark fruit, leather, forest floor and chewy tannins.
