My good friend Brian Martin will be here for our first wine class/seminar. Brian has spent a lot of time in Champagne cultivating relationships with many growers there so I'm excited to be able to do this. We'll be tasting 9 different grower Champagnes from Côtes des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne and the Aube. We'll start at 5 and should be done by 6:30. Snacks will be provided.
